When refurbishing their central London office, they sought a state-of-the-art AV solution to enhance seamless communication, foster effortless collaboration and provide an intuitive experience for their teams and clients.

The Brief
The project involved equipping five key meeting spaces within the newly renovated Endeavour House, a prominent, modern office building located in the heart of London's vibrant and prestigious West End.
The generous and elegantly designed building reception area provides an excellent first impression. It features a professionally staffed reception desk and a stylish client waiting area.
The third floor, housing Thoughtworks, was renovated to deliver Grade A office space, signifying the highest quality of office buildings, creating a bright and efficient workplace with outstanding facilities, including five meeting spaces:
- A boardroom
- A Townhall-style space
- Three smaller meeting rooms
The design process had to be conducted entirely based on architectural plans, as the building was not physically accessible during this time.
Given the nature of Thoughtworks' clients, which include executive visitors and C-suite executives, the primary requirement for the audiovisual setup was to ensure ease of use, consistency and reliability. This way, users could walk into any room and expect everything to work seamlessly.

The Solution
Throughout the process, Carillion worked closely with Benjamin Caunt, Global Head of Workplace Operations and Experience, and Candace Hallinan, Regional Lead of Workplace Operations & Experience - Western Europe, ensuring that the solution aligned perfectly with Thoughtworks' operational and experiential goals, working through several variations before arriving at the ideal setup.
The ecosystem we selected was from a leading manufacturer of audiovisual conference room technology, Neat. Their solution was chosen for its ability to enable teams and visitors to engage effortlessly, whether in the room or connecting remotely, allowing for a smooth and intuitive user experience that reduced setup time and enabled meetings to start promptly without disruption.
To achieve a sleek and professional look, all screens were mounted on the wall, creating a clutter-free environment that enhanced the newly refurbished space.
Additionally, the integration supports hybrid work environments by providing high-quality audio and video, ensuring remote participants have the same engaging experience as those in the room. Advanced collaboration features, such as content sharing and interactive displays, further enhance productivity and engagement during meetings.
