Associate Engineering Programme
When university is not for you, it's important to know what your next step is. We offer a fully supported practical training program, a structured scorecard to measure your progress and on-site coaching/mentoring in an exciting industry.

Skills based training
At Carillion Communications you will be learning from AV experts, who will help you to familiarise yourself with our operations, processes and technologies.
Learning independently and in group sessions, your training programme will be aligned to your role in the company to ensure you quickly gain the knowledge you need and the confidence to put it into practice.
Annual performance reviews
These informal review meetings give us both the chance to talk openly about what’s happened over the last year, listen to feedback and look at areas that can be improved.
During these meetings, we review any performance targets that had previously been agreed and discuss new targets for the year ahead.

PDPs provide a clear framework to help you meet agreed performance targets and progress your career in the company through continued professional development.

We operate a flexible, hybrid working policy and have team members based throughout the UK. Some of our team rarely attend our Maidenhead offices – yet we see them regularly in Teams meetings – but use their local knowledge to build relationships with customers in their region.
