Supporting Maidenhead Town FC’s

Standing With Our Team, On and Off the Pitch

At Carillion Communications, we’ve always believed that success isn’t just about technology or projects, it’s about people. That’s why we’re proud to see the Carillion name on the back of Maidenhead Town FC’s shirts this season.

For us, it’s more than a logo. It’s a way of standing shoulder to shoulder with our community.

Match Report

December started with the tough task of a double-header against TVPL rivals Westwood Wanderers, reigning treble winners.

First up was a league match, Town were looking to force their way back into the title race, but Westwood came out of the blocks quickly to establish a 2-0 lead at half time. An Ashley Lamb goal did give some hope of a late comeback but it wasn't to be as Westwood completed the league double over the Blues.

A week later Town were again playing away from home against Westwood, this time in the Berks and Bucks Cup. Cup holders Westwood were far too strong on the day though, running out 5-0 winners and claiming their place in the semi-final of the competition.

One final game before Christmas, this time against a strong Burghfield in league action. Maidenhead knew the importance of the game, with a lack of league games this season and a tough run of fixtures, they've found themselves a long way off the top of the table. The team put in a superb performance to earn 3 important points and lay the foundations for a big push in 2026. Ashley Lamb again found the net for his 6th of the season; the returning Ryan Adams added a 2nd after the break. Burghfield rallied and halved the deficit, but Town held on for the win.

Match Report

Maidenhead Town secured their place in the 4th round of the County Cup with another thriller at The 1878 Stadium, this time against Wargrave FC.

After a very poor start, Maidenhead found themselves deservedly 2-0 down after just 10 minutes. The team, though, is showing a canny knack of recovering from losing positions and got back into the game. A penalty from Mitch Burley and an own goal meant the scores were level going into half-time. A red card for the visitors straight after half time shifted momentum in Town’s favour, and Joe Park was on hand deep into the 2nd half to score the winner.

Maidenhead Town hope to go one better than two years ago when they lost in the final of this competition. They will have to do it the hard way, having drawn reigning champions Westwood Wanderers in the next round.

Next week, the team travels to Burghfield in league action, looking to kick-start their league campaign against strong opposition.

Match Report

Maidenhead Town cruised through to the 2nd round of the Berkshire Trophy Centre Senior Cup on Saturday with a resounding 7-1 win over Hype Train FC at The 1878 Stadium. Town went into the game as clear favourites, with the opposition playing in the division below, and raced into a 2-0 lead early on with goals from Joe Brinsden and Joe Park. Hype Train then scored a well worked goal of their own before quick fire goals from Mitch Burley and Joe Park, with a 2nd meant the Blues went into half-time with a 4-1 lead. Cameron Netherwood-Meek added a 5th early in the 2nd half before late goals from Reece Probert and Tyreese Byfield sealed a good afternoon's work.

A good start to a competition where Maidenhead will be keen to progress further, with the final to be played at Reading FC’s Select Car Leasing Stadium.

Next week, Town are again at home in cup action, this time hosting fellow TVPL Premier League side Wargrave FC in the Berks & Bucks Cup

A Club at the Heart of Maidenhead

When the chance came to support the team, we didn’t think twice. Every weekend, families, friends and neighbours gather on the sidelines to cheer for Maidenhead Town FC. The club is more than football; it’s the heart of the community. It’s where children take their first steps into sport, where friendships are made, and where the values of teamwork and resilience are lived out every matchday.

Grassroots football needs champions. Local businesses that are willing to step up and help. By sponsoring the club, we’re helping ensure that young players have the kit, facilities and encouragement they need to grow, both on and off the pitch.
