Improving communication for Anglian Water

Anglian Water needs to share information with its whole department easily and quickly.

We suggested installing large display screens, controlled by the Mondo Matrix, in Anglian Water's communications room to enable them to convey messages to their Operational Management Centre and Call Centre.


Having essential information about operational risk and customer satisfaction easily accessible and readable helps the large workforce of over 150 to have smoother handovers and faster shift changes.
