Creating positive technology experiences and meeting room utilisation at BlueBay

Solution

Achieved by creating room types for the four meeting rooms. Type 1: Integrating Barco Clickshare and in-ceiling speakers for presentation only. Type 2: Included Cisco Video conferencing and also utilised Barco Clickshare. Both room types are controlled by a Touch panel.

Result

This approach meant that each meeting room had the same look and feel, video collaboration integration and centralised control processing. Ultimately increasing meeting room and technology use.
